Information on NIN, interest rate and circulation term of bonds KZ2P0Y03D754 (KZ2C00001683, TEMAb2) of TEMA Ko. (Kazakhstan) changed and their trading on KASE resumed as of May 31

/KASE, May 31, 13/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board of May 30, 2013 information on bonds KZ2P0Y03D754 (KZ2C00001683, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, TEMAb2; KZT1,000, KZT1.2 bn; May 14, 2010 – May 14, 2013, quarterly coupon 13.00 % per annum; 30/360) of JSC "TEMA Ko." (Almaty) was changed in KASE trading system and data bases as follows: - national identifying number (NIN) was changed from KZ2P0Y03D754 to KZ2С0Y06D750; - the interest rate was changed from 13.00 % per annum to 13.50 % per annum; - the mentioned bonds' circulation term was raised from three to six years. The same Management Board decision rules a re-opening of trade in the mentioned bonds on KASE as of May 31, 2013. The decision was taken based on copies of changes in the issue prospectus of the mentioned bonds registered by the Committee on Control and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on May 22, 2013 and an official letter from JSC "Central Securities Depository" of May 30, 2013 on resuming of offering and circulation of the mentioned bonds in its registration system. As was announced earlier the trade in the mentioned bonds was suspended on KASE as of April 26, 2013 until the day following the day of receipt by the Exchange of changes in the issue prospectus of the mentioned bonds and a confirmation from JSC "Central Securities Depository" of resuming of offering and circulation of the mentioned bonds in its registration system.
