License of company "INVESTTELEKOM" (Kazakhstan) is canceled

/IRBIS, Oct.04, 99/ - Resolution of the National Securities Commission of Kazakhstan (NSC) #445 of October 04, 1999 canceled the INVESTTELEKOM license #0402200034 of December 14,1997 for dealer and broker activity on the securities market without keeping of the securities holders register. The decision is accepted in connection with non grating by the company the documents required for the license resumption.
