In accordance with the Listing Rule 9.6.1R the Corporation has provided a copy
of each of the above-mentioned documents to the National Data Storage. Those
documents will be available soon at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM:
- Annual report and financial statements for the year ended December 31,
2012;
- Notice of Annual general meeting of shareholders in 2013; and
- Letterhead of power of attorney with regard to participation in Annual general
meeting of shareholders in 2013.
In accordance with requirements of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules
(DTR) 6.3.4R and 6.3.5R, the corporation confirms that the Annual report and
Financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2012, as well as Notice

be sent to shareholders soon.
