Annual general meeting of Insurance company Amanat Insurance (Kazakhstan) scheduled for May 30, 2013

/KASE, May 4, 13/ – JSC "Insurance company "Amanat Insurance" (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on May 30, 2013 at 10:00 o'clock the annual general meeting of company shareholders will begin, with the agenda as follows: - approval of the company's FY 2012 audited financial statements; - approval of procedure of the company net income distribution for 2012; - consideration of shareholders' appeals against actions of the company and its executives and results of such consideration. The said meeting will be held at 63 Tole bi str., Almaty. In case quorum absence a repeated meeting will be held on May 31, 2013 at the same time on the same place. [2013-05-04]
