Kazakhtelecom (Kazakhstan) acquired 100% stake of LLP DIGITAL TV authorized capital

/KASE, May 2, 13/ – Kazakhtelecom (Astana), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE by the official letter: quotation Hereby, Kazakhtelecom notifies on completion of the deal on acquisition of 100% stake of LLP DIGITAL TV authorized capital. Kazakhtelecom Board of Directors by its decision of December 14, 2012 # 14 approved acquisition of 100% stake of LLP DIGITAL TV authorized capital with LLP Alem Communications Holding at market price approved by an independent appraiser. According to the agreement on buying-selling, the information on the property cost, which the deal subject can not be disclosed. The cost of property cost, which the deal subject to the assets total cost does not exceed 10%. The date of last assessment of property is October 1, 2012. The deal date is January 25, 2013. The acquisition of LLP DIGITAL TV will allow Kazakhtelecom to extend range of services on paid television for the population of Kazakhstan.
