/KASE, April 30, 13/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE)
Management Board as of April 30, 2013 KASE extends the suspension of trading in
bonds KZ2P0Y03D754 (KZ2C00001683, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities
category, TEMAb2; KZT1,000, KZT1.2 bn; May 14, 2010 – May 14, 2013, quarterly
coupon 13.00 % per annum; 30/360) of JSC "TEMA Ko." (Almaty).
The suspension of trading was done until the day following the day of receipt by
the Exchange of changes to the said bonds' issue prospectus and confirmation
from JSC "Central Securities Depository" (Almaty) of resumption of the said
bonds' offering and circulation in its registration system.
