April 26 special trading session for offering of bonds KZPC1Y20C367 (KZ000A0T9AL7, TSBNb7) of Tsesnabank (Kazakhstan) on KASE declared failed

/KASE, April 26, 13/ – A special trading session for offering of bonds KZPC1Y20C367 (KZ000A0T9AL7, KASE official list, first subcategory of Rated Debt Securities category, TSBNb7; KZT1, KZT4.0 bn; July 11, 2007 – July 11, 2027; semi-annual coupon 7.50 % APR; 30/360) of JSC "Tsesnabank" (Astana) was held in KASE trading system today. The mentioned bonds' issue is the first one under Tsesnabank's second bond program, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations on December 13, 2006 to the total amount of KZT20.0 bn, and the seventh issue of the issuer's "internal" bonds listed on KASE. JSC "CAIFC INVESTMENT GROUP" (Almaty) acted as the authorized seller during the special trading session. The declared volume of placement was 500,800,000 bonds KZPC1Y20C367 (12.5 % of the total number of registered bonds of this issue). As the price an order would indicate the bonds’ "net" price (excluding interest accrued) expressed as percentage of the security face value accurate within the fourth decimal. Orders for participation in the placement were submitted by the closed method from 11:30 to 15:00 o'clock (Amaty time). Limited orders only were accepted. The method of acceptance of orders for purchase – at prices of counter orders equal to the cut-off price or being more favorable for the seller. Settlements scheme – Т+0.
