/KASE, April 23, 13/ – Subsidiary Organization JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following: quote The bank announces that the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) issued a written warrant, No. 66-3-2-09/1339 dated March 26, 2013 due to violation of the deadline for fulfillment of an item from the action plan for removal of breaches detected during a regular check as of January 1, 2012 stipulating approval of the new composition of the Credit Committee of the Board of Directors.
