(Almaty), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that a repeated general meeting of holders of bonds KZ2P0Y03D754 (KZ2C00001683, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, TEMAb2) will begin on April 26, 2013 at 15:15 o'clock, with the agenda as follows: - extension of the bonds' circulation term by three years; - increasing the interest rate on the said bonds to 13.5 % APR of the face value; - making relevant changes to the bond issue prospectus; - selecting the printed media for publication of the statement on the decision taken by the bondholders.
