FSC NBK approved report on SENIM-BANK (Kazakhstan) shares placement results

/KASE, April 18, 13/ – SENIM-BANK (Almaty Region, hereinafter – the bank), common shares of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copy of notice of the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) of March 11, 2013. According to the document: - FSC NBK approved the report on the bank shares placement results; - the issue is split into 8,500,000 common and 2,000,000 preferred shares; - the issue is included to the State Serial Securities Register under number А3586; - as of October 28, 2012, 3,588,203 common and 600,000 preferred shares of the bank are offered, its authorized capital is formed in the size of KZT4,188,298,400.
