On September 28 parliament of Kazakhstan will vote on the government confidence

/REUTERS Almaty office, Sep.27, 99/ - Parliament of Kazakhstan on Tuesday, September 28, on the Senate and Mazhilis joint meeting will vote on the Government confidence, an employee of the Public Relations Department of Mazhilis has informed. The voting is appointed on 10.00 a.m. Almaty time. It will be second voting on the confidence of Nurlan Balgimbaev Government. In June the Cabinet initiated such voting itself, when a secondary sequestration of the budget-99 was discussed. This time voting is again initiated by the Government, which tries to approve in Parliament the project of the Kazakhstan budget-2000. The project was not approved Last Saturday, because both variants ("to reject" and "to approve") did not poll the votes required. According the Constitution, the government can offer such procedure to the Parliament of Kazakhstan not more than two times a year. If the parliament will confident the Government, as it was last time, the project of the budget -2000 will be considered as accepted automatically. If the Government will be defeated in Parliament, the President will be obliged to interfere in a situation. He can to dissolve Parliament or Government or to sign the budget-2000 by himself.
