Exchange (KASE) Management Board decision of March 19, 2013 were
approved:
- change # 1 to Specification of KazMunaiGas Exploration Production Common
Shares Futures
- change # 1 to Specification of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan Common
Shares Futures ;
- change # 1 to Specification of KAZAKHMYS PLC Common Shares Futures;
- change # 1 to Specification of EURASIAN NATURAL RESOURCES CORPORATION PLC
Common Shares Futures ;
- change # 3 to Specification of KASE Index Futures.
The mentioned changes become effective from April 15, 2013.
The changes stipulate that when calculating a theoretical price of stock
futures will be considered the date shareholders registers fixing for payment
of dividends on shares as set forth by the specifications in force.
The revised Specifications will be available on KASE website at
http://www.kase.kz/en/rules_kase (bookmark "Trades", section "Derivatives")
in the nearest time.
