/KASE, April 11, 13/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board as of April 11, 2013 trading in bonds KZ2P0Y03D754 (KZ2C00001683, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities, TEMAb2; KZT1,000, KZT1.2 bn; May 14, 2010 – May 14, 2013, quarterly coupon 13.00 % per annum; 30/360) of JSC "TEMA Ko." (Almaty) was resumed on KASE. Trading in the mentioned bonds was suspended on KASE as of March 26, 2013 until the date following the date of publication of the decision of the general meeting of holders of the mentioned bonds of March 26, 2013 in mass media. The decision on resuming the trading in the mentioned bonds was taken due to the fact that the general meeting of holders of the mentioned bonds failed to take a decision to make changes in the bond issue prospectus.
