/KASE, April 10, 13/ – JSC "Accumulative pension fund "Capital", subsidiary
organization of JSC "Bank CenterCredit" (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed
KASE that "on March 29, 2013 with regard to civil case No. 2-2371/13, A.
Medetbekova, judge of Almaty's Almaly district court No. 2 ruled to impose
arrest on movable and immovable assets of JSC "Accumulative pension fund
"Capital", subsidiary organization of JSC "Bank CenterCredit" (hereinafter –
the Fund) worth the amount not exceeding the amount of a claim for KZT5,815,354
(five million eight hundred fifteen thousand three hundred fifty four) based on
the application of Zh. Bobakanova for fulfillment of statements of claims
requesting refund of money and court expenses".
