According to the extract: - the total number of authorized shares of the company (only common shares KZ1C43050018, KZ1С00000603) is equal to 1,500,000 units; - 570,000 company shares are outstanding; - the company's sole shareholder, holding five or more percent of the total number of outstanding shares of the company, is D.
