FSC NBK takes note of non-placement of Insurance company Amanat Insurance (Kazakhstan) shares from September 6, 2012 to March 5, 2013

/KASE, April 8, 13/ – JSC "Insurance company "Amanat Insurance" (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of letter from the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) dated March 20, 2013, according to which the FSC NBK "takes note of the fact that during the period from September 6, 2012 to March 5, 2013 no shares of JSC "Insurance company "Amanat Insurance" were offered". According to FSC NBK as of March 5, 2013 930,000 common shares of JSC "Insurance company "Amanat Insurance" remained unsold. [2013-04-08]
