/KASE, April 4, 13/ – As was announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated April 2, 2013,
international bonds USN97716AA72, US98953VAA08 ($560.0 mln; November 13, 2012 –
November 13, 2019, semi-annual coupon 7.125 % APR, 30/360) of Zhaikmunai
International B.V. (Amersfort), issued under full guarantee of LLP "Zhaikmunai"
(Oral), have been included in the Rated Debt Securities category of KASE
official list.
This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of April 4, 2013 after
LLP "Zhaikmunai" fulfilled terms set in sub-item 2) item 1 of article 18 of
KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally.
Citigroup Global Markets Deutschland AG will maintain the system of registries
of holders of the said bonds.
The said bonds have been assigned abbreviation (trading code) NL_ZHMNe2.
