/IRBIS, Sep.23, 99/ - Decree #113 of the National Securities Commission (NSC) of Kazakhstan of September 22, 1999 has expelled CENTRE-SOFT Ltd. from KASE's securities trades since September 22, 1999 and realized it from the membership dues payment since October 01, 1990. The decision is accepted in connection with non-payment by CENTRE-SOFT Ltd. of membership dues from April till September 1990.
