/KASE, March 20, 13/ – As was announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated February 28, 2013,
common stocks KZ1C40310019 (ISIN – KZ000A0F4546) and preferred stocks
KZ1P40310115 (ISIN – KZ000A0F5FZ0) of JSC "Alliance Bank" (Almaty) were
included in the third category of KASE official list.
This Listing Commission decision became effective as of March 20, 2013 after the
mentioned issuer fulfilled terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal
document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these shares will be announced additionally.
The said shares have been assigned abbreviations (trade codes) ASBN and
ASBNp1 accordingly.
