/KASE, March 19, 13/ – Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company
(Almaty, hereinafter – the company), securities of which are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copies
of changes to the company shares issue prospectus and securities issue
government registration certificate of March 13, 2013, which replaces
previously issued.
According to the documents:
- the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market
and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic
of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) registered changes to the company shares
issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate has been replaced due to the increase
of the company authorized shares number;
- the total number of authorized shares of the company is 13,681,600
common shares KZ1C45320013;
- the company shares issue has been included to the State Serial
Securities Register under number А4532;
- as of March 13, 2013, 2,892,000 common shares of the company are offered,
its authorized capital is formed in the size of KZT28,932,661,050.
