/KASE, March 15, 13/ – As was announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated February 28, 2013,
common stocks GB00B0H1P667 of MAX PETROLEUM PLC (London) were included in the
third category of KASE official list.
This Listing Commission decision became effective as of March 15, 2013 after
the mentioned issuer fulfilled terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these shares will be announced additionally.

The said shares have been assigned an abbreviation (trade code) GB_MXPT.
