/IRBIS, Sep.21, 99/ - On August 20 Board of the National Securities Commission of Kazakhstan gives the conclusion - recommendation #0416200038 for signing of the agreement with the Ministry of Finance for the fulfillment of the functions of Primary dealer on the stock market of Kazakhstan to the state enterprise of postal service at the Ministry of transport and communications. The decree of a National commission #412 of August 20, 1999 was accepted after consideration of Enterprise of postal service Enterprise application.
