/KASE, March 7, 2013/ – JSC "Subsidiary organization of joint-stock company
"BTA Bank" "BTA Securities" (Almaty, in the heading – JSC "BTA Securities"),
representing holders of bonds KZ2C0Y19C805 (KZ2C00000743, ABDIb1) of JSC "ABDI
Company" (Almaty), has provided Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) a report of
the representative of holders of the said bonds on results of assessing the
financial position of JSC "ABDI Company" and meeting the restrictions
(covenants) set out in the prospectus of the mentioned bonds for the fourth
quarter 2012.
