/IRBIS, Sep.21, 99/ - Resolution of the National Securities Commission (NSC) of Kazakhstan (NSC) #403 of August 11, 1999 recalls the ALEM CAPITAL license #02030098 for the broker and dialer activity on a stock market without the right of book keeping given 01 August, 1996. The license is withdrawn in connection with infringement by the company the reasons, on which the action of the license was suspended by the NSC decree #310 of April 29, 1999.
