Tsesnabank (Kazakhstan) receives statement of claim for damages under lease agreement

/KASE, February 28, 13/ – JSC "Tsesnabank" (Astana), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "on February 22, 2013 the office of JSC "Tsesnabank" (hereinafter – the Bank) received a copy of a statement of claim from Saryarka district court of Astana, brought against the Bank by physical person T. Kozhina for damages under the bank cell lease agreement to the amount of KZT3,945,565". [2013-02-28]
