/KASE, February 11, 13/ - As was announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated January 31, 2013,
bonds KZ2С0Y05E347 (KZ2C00001931, KZT1,000, KZT1.5 bn; February 11, 2013
- February 11, 2018, semi-annual coupon 9.00 % APR, 30/360) of JSC
"Shymkentmai" (Shymkent) were included in the Rated Debt Securities category
of KASE official list.
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of February 11, 2013 since the
issuer fulfils terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document
"Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally.
JSC "Centras Securities" (Almaty) is the financial advisor of JSC "Shymkentmai".
JSC "Seven Rivers Capital" (Almaty) is the representative of holders of these
bonds.
The said bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (trading code) SMAYb1.
