Announced volume of issue is determined by the emitter at $2 million. Satisfaction size of the incompetitive applications - 60% from established volume. The complete data are given below. The demand from the investors was only a little large than at the other week's placements. The rate, offered by the National Bank, was considered as insufficiently high. The National Bank will finish the 38th week in the primary market of the non- state securities with the following results. The emitter has attracted 3,332.9 million tenge against planed volume of 400.0 million tenge, whereas the actual volume of redemption has made 1,515.6 million tenge. The National Bank will finish the thirty second week in the primary market of the non-state securities with the following results. The emitter has attracted 999.9 million tenge (501.2 million tenge + $3.7 million at official rate of Sep.17, 99) at the actual volume of redemption of 1,346.7 million tenge (#325/n, KZ95K1709999; #335/n, KZ87K1709996). Balance of the emitter is negative again. But increase of rates and introduction of the indexed securities has brought the fruits: now the negative redemption - attraction balance is 498.7 million tenges as against of 1,394.5 million tenges of the last week.
