/KASE, February 7, 13/ - As previously informed, by Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission decision of January 31, 2013, the
following bonds of Kaspi Bank (Almaty) have been included in the Rated
Debt Securities category of KASE official list:
- KZP03Y10E059 (KZ2C00001964, KZT100, KZT10.0 bn; 10 years; semi-annual
coupon indexed at inflation rate, 11.00 % APR for the first three
coupon periods; 30/360);
- KZP04Y05E057 (KZ2C00001972, KZT100, KZT10.0 bn; 5 years; semi-annual
coupon 8.00 % APR; 30/360).
This Listing Commission decision became effective from February 7, 2013
as the issuer fulfilled terms sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally.
Centras Securities (Almaty) is the mentioned bonds holders representative.
The mentioned bonds have been assigned abbreviations (tickers) CSBNb12
and CSBNb13 accordingly.
