/KASE, February 1, 13/ - JSC "Mangistau Electricity Distribution Network Company" (Aktau, hereinafter - the Company),whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on March 4, 2013 at 15:00 o'clock a special general meeting of the company's shareholders will begin, with the agenda as follows: - on appointing the chairman and secretary of the special general meeting of the Company's shareholders; - on approving the agenda of the special general meeting of the Company's shareholders; - on early termination of powers of the Board of Directors' members and election of new members of the Board of Directors, electing the Chairman of Board of Directors.
