AsiaCredit Bank (Kazakhstan) says it received notice of possible sanctions against bank

/KASE, January 30, 13/ - JSC "AsiaCredit Bank" (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter
informed KASE "of Written warning # 661/247/111 received from the Committee on
Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the
National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the Agency) dated
January 15, 2013 (received on January 17, 2013, incoming No. # 203) of a
possibility of applying sanctions against the bank stipulated by article 47 of the
Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On banks and banking operations in the Republic
of Kazakhstan" in case of a repeated violation of the deadline for submitting of
statements according to item 2 of the Rules of Submitting Statements on Meeting
the Prudential Norms by Second-tier Banks, approved by the Agency's resolution
# 136 dated June 17, 2006".
