FSC NBK takes note of non-placement of Atameken-Agro (Kazakhstan) shares from May 22 to November 21, 2012

/KASE, January 30, 13/ - JSC "Atameken-Agro" (Kokshetau), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of letter from the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) dated January 18, 2013, according to which the FSC NBK "takes note of the fact that during the period from May 22 to November 21, 2012 no shares of JSC "Atameken-Agro" were sold". According to FSC NBK as of November 21, 2012 5,999,676 common shares and 3,551,543 preferred shares of JSC "Atameken-Agro" remained unsold. [2013-01-30]
