/KASE, January 17, 13/ - JSC "BTA Securities, a subsidiary organization of
joint-stock company "BTA Bank" (Almaty, in the heading - JSC "BTA
Securities"), a representative of holders of bonds KZ2C0Y19C805
(KZ2C00000743, ABDIb1) of JSC "ABDI Company" (Almaty), has provided to
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) a report of the representative of holders of
the mentioned bonds regarding results of appraisal of ABDI Company financial
position and its compliance with terms and restrictions (covenants), specified by
the issue prospectus of the mentioned bonds, for the third quarter 2012.
