/IRBIS, Sep.15, 99/ - According to REUTERS, at closing of OTS- market of Kazakhstan on September 15 tenge quotation towards US dollar have made 135.71/96 tenge per dollar at weighted average rate of 135.69 (+ 0.17) and closing quotations of 135.69/70. Compared to the results of the previous day tenge against US dollar lost 17 points on demand and 33 points on supply. The spreads of OTS quotations after dinner varied from 8 to 25 points at average 12, what is similar to that of the previous day. The overnight deposits rates - 4% p.a. on a demand and 11% p.a. on supply - also very close to the yesterday's rates. Some increase of spreads at the evening can testify to dealers' uncertainty in the forecasts for tomorrow. There are some reasons for it. The demand for dollar does not weaken, and there is no adequate exporters' supply today. Therefore dollar gravitated to strengthening after exchange trade closing. Comparison of the OTS and Exchange session closing quotations unequivocally testifies, that tomorrow the session on KASE will open above 135.70 tenge per dollar. The further development will depend on volume of obligatory sale and on the country's head bank behavior. The experts of IRBIS do not wait for principal changes on KASE tomorrow. Most likely, dollar will strengthen by 15-20 points. Tenge now do not look so stable against dollar, as it was one and a half weeks ago.
