/KASE, January 10, 13/ - As was announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated December 26, 2012,
bonds KZ2C0Y07E392 (KZ2C00001956, KZT1, KZT8.0 bn; January 10, 2013 -
January 10, 2020, semi-annual coupon 12.00 % APR, 30/360) of JSC "Golden
Compass Capital" (Almaty) were included in the Rated Debt Securities category
of KASE official list.
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of January 10, 2013 since the
issuer fulfils terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document
"Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally.
JSC "BCC Invest" - subsidiary organization of JSC "Bank CenterCredit"
(Almaty) is the financial advisor to JSC "Golden Compass Capital" and nominal
representative of holders of the said bonds.
The said bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (trading code) GLDCb1.
