/KASE, January 9, 13/ - JSC "ATFBank" (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed
KASE that the special general meeting of shareholders of JSC "ATFBank"
scheduled for January 4, 2013 "has been acknowledged as failed due to the
absence of quorum".
Earlier there was a piece of KASE news dated December 14, 2012 "KASE
publishes extract from November 30, 2012 decision of ATFBank (Kazakhstan)
