/KASE, January 9, 13/ - JSC "Tsesnabank" (Astana, hereinafter - the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE "that the Bank's Board of Directors on December 25, 2012 took a decision to take possession of the pledged assets: common shares of JSC "Accumulative pension fund "Respublika" (hereinafter - APF) in the number of 2,285,250 pieces, which makes up 55 % of the total number of outstanding securities of the APF".
