Closed company "Lombard-Service" (Kazakhstan) is excluded from the list of companies, whose shares issues were recognized as not holding

/IRBIS, Sep.14, 99/ - Resolution of the National Securities Commission of Kazakhstan (NSC) #426 of September 10, 1999 has excluded Lombard- Service from the list #2 of Almaty joint-stock companies indicated in the NSC decree #83 "About a recognition of issues of joint-stock companies, which not executed requests of the current legislation, as not holding" dated May 25, 1998. The decision was accepted in connection with granting by Lombard-Service of the documents confirming the timely granting of the report of first shares issue and placement results.
