Republican State Enterprise of postal service (Kazakhstan) has received the license for broker and dealer activity

/IRBIS, Sep.13, 99/ - The National Securities Commission of Kazakhstan (NSC) issued the license #0401200100 (first category, for broker and dealer activity on the stock market with the right of book keeping as the nominal holder) to the Republican State Enterprise of postal service at Ministry of the transport and communications of Kazakhstan. It is underlined in decree, that till January 01, 2000 the enterprise should adjust criterion of its financial stability "Absolute sufficiency of own means" to the NSC standards. NSC for a long time considered Republican postal service, along with the insurance companies, as a powerful potential investor, which means can vivify the stock market.
