/KASE, December 8, 12/ - Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE or Exchange)
announces that in accordance with the application from JSC "Kazkommerts
Securities" (Subsidiary organization of JSC "Kazkommertsbank" (Almaty) acting
as the authorized seller of ordinary shares of JSC "KazTransOil" (Astana) under
the initial offering of those shares by way of subscription, it will be accepting
orders from Exchange members for purchase of the said shares on Sunday,
December 9, 2012, from 10:00 o'clock to 16:00 o'clock Almaty time (ALT).
As was announced earlier, from December 6 to December 10 KASE leaves the
period of order acceptance opened purely in order for Exchange members to be
able to process all orders they accepted from physical persons and submit them
to the Exchange's trading system.
Exchange members stopped accepting orders from physical persons for
purchase of the said shares under the People's IPO Program on December 5,
2012.
We remind you that today orders from Exchange members are accepted until
16:00 o'clock ALT. The beginning date of settlements following the subscription
results - December 20, 2012.
