Kaspi Bank (Kazakhstan) on Standard & Poor's assigned ratings

/KASE, December 6, 12/ - Kaspi Bank (Almaty), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the following press release of December 5, 2012: quotation Standard & Poor's assigned Kaspi Bank rating "ВВ-/В" and national scale rating "kzA-", Outlook - "Stable" Kaspi bank has sufficient capital adequacy, clear business development model and continuous improvement of risk management systems, in particular, on retail business, which is the bank priority. All these factors were considered by the international agency analysts. "The main success factor for kaspi bank is continuous improvement of processes and systems that allows ensuring high level of standardization and control. The bank business model is aimed at work with clients facilitates high level of the bank recognizability in the country", - according to Standard & Poor's message. Standard & Poor's also emphasizes that during the last three years the bank has actively increased the portfolio of credits to individuals and the retail credit portfolio is fully covered by retail deposits. According to Standard & Poor's analysts, kaspi bank has strong positions in individuals deposits segment. As of September 30, 2012, clients deposits made up 80% of the resource base, at this 80% of deposits total volume fall on individuals deposits.
