/KASE, December 6, 12/ - As was announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated November 30, 2012,
common stocks KZ1C58290012 (ISIN - KZ1C00000868) of JSC "Maten Petroleum"
(Almaty) have been included in the third category of KASE official list.
This Listing Commission decision became effective as of December 6, 2012
after the mentioned issuer fulfilled terms set in item 1 of article 18 of
KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these shares will be announced additionally.
JSC "Troika Dialog Kazakhstan" (Almaty) is the financial advisor of JSC
"Maten Petroleum".
JSC "Ediniy registrator tsennykh bumag" (Almaty) is the registrar of JSC
"Maten Petroleum".
The said shares have been assigned an abbreviation (trade code) MATN.
