/KASE, November 27, 12/ - JSC "Kazakhtelecom" (Astana, hereinafter - the Company), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "on November 12, 2012 the Board of Directors took a decision (meeting minutes # 12) to conclude a non-arm's length deal - concluding of an Agreement on purchase of a uniform portal for the group of companies of JSC "Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samruk-Kazyna".
