Decision about delisting of the bonds of KAZKOMMERTS INTERNATIONAL B.V. still depending

/IRBIS, Sep.08, 99/ - As it was informed by the IRBIS agency earlier, company "KAZKOMMERTS INTERNATIONAL B.V" (Rotterdam, Kingdom of the Netherlands) created by KAZKOMMERTSBANK with the purpose of the international capital attraction has addressed at September 01 on the Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) with the application concerning exception of its Eurobonds (official list of valuable securities KASE, category "A", XS0081674359, trade code KKGBe1) from the exchange's trade list. Today KAZKOMMERTSBANK has distributed the information message, also published by IRBIS, in which the reasons of this decision were explained. Meeting of Exchange's Council devoted to discussion of this question was held on KASE today As far as it is known to IRBIS, any principal decisions were not accepted on the meeting. The emitter will continue consultations with the professional participants of the stock market of republic and with the National Securities Commission for achievement of the acceptable compromise for the painless conclusion of Euronotes from the circulation in the internal Kazakhstan's market and (or) replacement them by the internal bonds of the bank. The last transaction on KKGBe1 was made on KASE at Aug.25, 99 at the annual yield of 30.62%, whereas the internal bonds of the bank are offered at primary placement under 11.15% p.a.
