/KASE, November 5, 12/ - As was announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated October 30, 2012
common stocks KZ1C38690018 (ISIN - KZ1C00000835) of JSC "Accumulative
pension fund GRANTUM" (Subsidiary organization of JSC "Kazkommertsbank")
(Almaty, hereinafter - JSC "APF GRANTUM") have been included in the third
category of KASE official list.
The Listing Commission's decision became effective from November 5, 2012 after
the mentioned issuer fulfilled terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal
document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these shares will also be announced additionally.
JSC "Kazkommerts Securities" (subsidiary organization of JSC "Kazkommertsbank")
(Almaty) is the financial advisor of JSC "APF GRANTUM".
JSC "Edinyj registrator tsennykh bumag" (Almaty) is the registrar of
JSC "APF GRANTUM".
The said shares have been assigned an abbreviation (trade code) GRNT.
