/KASE, November 2, 12/ - Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Board of Directors dated October 31, 2012, Zhanat Kurmanov,
Chairman of Board of Directors, independent director of JSC "Housing
Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan"; member of Board of Directors,
independent director of JSC "Kazakhstan's deposit insurance fund", independent
director of KASE, has been elected as a person entitled to stand in for the
Chairman of this committee in case of his absence or emergence of a conflict of
interests.
