/KASE, November 2, 12/ - JSC "ATFBank" (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank),
securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has provided to KASE a copy of a notice from the Committee on
Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations
of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) of
October 15, 2012.
According to the notice:
- FSC NBK approved the report on the bank's shares' placement results;
- the issue is divided into 47,000,000 common shares;
- the bank's share issue is included to the State Serial Securities Register
under number А3597;
- as of September 7, 2012 45,294,733 common shares of the bank were
outstanding, its authorized capital is formed in the size of
KZT168,170,444,000.
