/KASE, November 1, 12/ - JSC "Insurance company "Amanat Insurance" (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE "of its intention to make major insurance transactions with a liability of KZT49,969,016,258 (forty nine billion nine hundred sixty nine million sixteen thousand two hundred and fifty eight), as well as of an intention to conclude non-arm's length deals - an agreement on voluntary insurance of civil responsibility of owners of airborne vehicles and agreement on voluntary insurance of airborne vehicles with an affiliated person of the Company".
