Issue of MEKAM-3 was not held

/IRBIS, Sep.07, 99/ - On August 06 the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan together with the National Bank held an auction on placement of MEKAM-3 issue (KZ43L0812990, 91 days). Announced volume of issue is determined by the emitter at 400 mln tenge. Size of satisfaction for incompetitive applications - 50% of specified volume. After the analysis of submitted applications the issue was nullified. As the representative of the Ministry of Finance informed KASE, the issue was canceled because of unacceptable prices offered by Primary dealers and their clients.
