Moscow interbank currency exchange identified leading operators of market for KZT in August

/IRBIS, Sep.03, 99/ - Analysis department of Moscow interbank currency exchange (MICEX) informed following banks have become the leading operators of exchange market for Kazakhstan tenge in August of 1999: Commercial Bank Gazprombank (first place) and Savings Bank of the Russian Federation (second place). Bank's position in this MICEX rating is identified according to its share of deals made in an aggregate net turnover of trades in Electronic lot trade system (ELTS) of MICEX.
