Bonds of KAZKOMMERTSBANK will be placed on KASE since September 06

/IRBIS, Sep.03, 99/ - Kazakhstan Stock Exchange informs, that since
September 06, 1999 the circulation of the KAZKOMMERTSBANK's bonds of
first issue (KZ72KA7B9A11, KASE's official list of securities, category "A",
trade code KKGBb) begins in the sector of non-state securities.
The trades by this tool will be carried out on KASE weekdays from 11:00
a.m. till 16:00 p.m. Almaty time.
The bonds will be traded in tenge with an accumulated interest taking into
account. Emitter recommends to calculate the interest on the temporary
base 360/30. As nominal price of bonds is denominated in dollars, and their
service is conducted in tenge at an average weighted market rate, the net
price is recommended to be calculated from gross price using exchange
market price instead of official rate.
The accounts on the securities will be carried out by KASE under the
scheme ΠΆ+0.
IRBIS, KASE and emitter informed earlier, that volume of the issue is $30
million. The bonds are registered coupon securities produced in the
paperless form. Nominal price is 100 US dollars per bond, term of circulation
- 2 years. Cupon interest will be paid 2 times per year at the annual rate of
10%.
